Find an example in ordinary everyday interaction of people and things that delight.
To me, i think that reading is something that is very thoughtless and effortless, reading is something that you will do everyday unknowingly. For example, when you are waiting for the bus, your eyes will unknowingly look for things to notice, like advertisments on the buses, everywhere you go , there are words surrounding you. Even when you are in the toilet, in a sense we are so use to reading it becomes something that we dont notice we do everyday.Like reading the newspaper,when you are bored you take out a book to read. or even in a bus reading the stuff that people have vandelism on the seats, all this are done by us so effortlessly, and unknowingly, thoughtlessly, and it becomes such a huge part of out lives.
